WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Orders are typically engraved and processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Current processing times will always be updated on the website.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final, as items are custom made to order. However, if there is an issue or concern with your order, please email HappyHomeAndHandmade@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help.

ARE YOU ABLE TO CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER OR DESIGN?

Yes! Please reach out to discuss your custom design ideas. Depending on the complexity of the design, a $25 design fee may apply. You will be notified of any additional fees before completing your order.

CAN YOU ENGRAVE LOGOS?

Absolutely! Logos must be provided in black and white and submitted in PNG or SVG format for best results.

DO YOU OFFER BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders of 10 or more items. Please reach out with your order details for pricing.

WHY DOES MY ENGRAVING LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE BOARD ON YOUR SITE?

Our boards are made from natural wood, so each one will vary in grain, color, and texture. Engraving results can differ depending on the wood’s natural characteristics. Every board is truly one of a kind—and that’s what makes them special.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOARD?

All boards are sanded and finished before arriving in your hands. To maintain their quality:

• Do not soak in water

• Wash and dry immediately after use

• Apply a food-safe mineral oil or Olive Oil every few months, depending on use
